Uzbekistan’s largest institutions are buying data platforms and discovering the same thing: a licence is not a capability. Global vendors sell the software and leave. Local teams cannot implement what they have never run. Projects stall after procurement, and the buyer blames the technology.

Meanwhile the data sits where it always was — trapped in legacy cores, reported on manually, closed out weeks after month-end. Fraud detection runs on rules. Credit scoring runs on judgement. The data to do better already exists. We exist to close that gap in both directions at once: deliver the platform, and train the people who will still be running it in five years.
